Care Forward is a pan-Canadian movement of people sharing knowledge and applying proven approaches to improve healthcare for at least one million people across the country.

Care Forward is a pan-Canadian movement of healthcare changemakers sharing knowledge and applying proven approaches to make healthcare better for more people. With support from Healthcare Excellence Canada—through funding, resources, expert coaching and a network of peers—they are driving lasting local impact and improving care for at least one million people across the country.

How you can get involved

There’s a place for everyone in this work, no matter your role, capacity or starting point. Whether your team prefers hands-on support or to go at their own pace, joining Care Forward will help you create a bigger impact in your community and beyond. Collectively, we can accelerate paths to better care for everyone.

No matter their focus, all offerings will help teams build essential skills in equity, cultural safety, patient engagement and safety. They also cover key topics like quality improvement and working in partnership with First Nations, Inuit, and Métis communities.
