Paramedics and Social Prescribing Teams

Through the Paramedics and Social Prescribing program, over 30 teams from across the country are working to implement social prescribing. Together, they’re connecting people with non-medical social and community supports that improve health and well-being.

Meet the teams

The 36 teams reflect the diversity of paramedic services in Canada. They include provincial, regional, and municipal services, as well as community paramedicine, emergency response, and primary care programs and services.
