LTC+ Huddles

As part of the LTC+ Acting on Pandemic Learning Together program, long-term care and retirement home teams are invited to attend virtual huddles to discuss COVID-19 issues related to safe and effective care.

These 30-minute huddles are led by subject matter experts and organizations sharing how they have tackled pandemic related challenges. Huddles create space and time for teams to openly share their experiences in a safe, encouraging learning environment.

Our aim is for teams to hear about practical tools or learning they can apply immediately in their own home. The huddles involve a group discussion to facilitate peer-to-peer learning and help teams make new connections from different homes across the country.

Huddle recordings and summaries are shared with the registered LTC+ teams. If you’re a registered team and can’t find these recordings and summaries, please reach out to the HEC team.

Upcoming Huddles

The following dates are confirmed, and all huddles are held on a Thursday from 2:30pm – 3:00pm (ET). Information on themes and presenters for each huddle will be added as it is available.

If LTC+ teams are interested in leading a huddle, please get in touch.
