LTC+ Coaches

As part of the LTC+ Acting on Pandemic Learning Together program, teams that have identified improvement objectives through the self-assessment can request to be matched with a coach. Coaching provides you and your team with additional support and expertise to help you:

  • prioritize your improvement work
  • implement change management strategies
  • address barriers and discover enablers for your improvement work,
  • work through how to make sustainable improvements
  • and other ways to help you and your team with your pandemic preparedness, response and recovery.

Coaches have a range of expertise and experience and will be matched with teams based on the team’s improvement focus.
